Owner: Melvyn PollArchitect: Paul Segal Associates Working with Paul Segal Associates Architects and Peter Rees, Stephen worked on the design and construction administration for the installation of the office studio spaces for Melvyn Poll, a notable Seattle musician, real estate developer and art collector specializing in art glass. A central atrium, open to the sky, provides constantly changing natural lighting, as well as access to rooftop garden space. A major feature of the gallery space is a 30 foot long glass sculpture wall created with the glass artist Martin Blank, mounted on massive, reused roof timbers that had been relocated in order to create the atrium space.
