Stephen has worked with Millennium Development LLC and Eastern Washington University from initial concept through design, construction and occupancy in crafting this public-private development located in the historic town of Cheney, Washington. A project of ConoverBond Development, this mixed use infill project includes off-campus student apartments, a University book store and coffee bar.
