Owner: The Osborne Owners Corporation. Architect: Paul Segal Associates. Stephen worked as project architect with Paul Segal Associates Architects and advisor to the owners of this National Register, historically significant apartment condominium building located in Midtown Manhattan, diagonally across West 57th Street from Carnegie Hall. The projects for The Osborne included ongoing advice regarding historic landmarks issues, design and construction of all new street level commercial storefronts, including related New York City Landmarks Commission hearings, reviews and approvals. The work also included feasibility studies for potential restoration and expansion of the Osborne’s historic penthouses.
