Architects: Weaver Architects with Stephen Day Architecture / Madrona Architecture PLLC.

Interior Design: Candra Scott & Anderson.

The Arctic Club Hotel project is a historic redevelopment of an iconic Downtown Seattle landmark. The Arctic Club Building was restored through a $28,000,000 mixed use hotel development. Stephen Day acted as co-developer with ConoverBond Development and as schematic design architect in leading the ownership team in the early project analysis and acquisition of this National Register landmark through a competitive request for proposals process. This process concluded with Stephen's team being selected by the City of Seattle over ten competing development teams.  Stephen worked closely with City of Seattle officials and other design/development team members in the feasibility analysis, design process, Landmarks approvals, initial historic tax credits negotiations and permit issues involved in this complex historic redevelopment project.
