Details

The Montvale Hotel is located in Downtown Spokane and for over a century has played a significant (and colorful) role in the history of that city. The Montvale is a National Register landmark building, originally built as a hotel for single men working in the mining and timber industries near Spokane. Working with the Montvale Hotel LLC, this historic adaptive re-use project involved negotiations and structuring of the property acquisition, property development, historic tax credits agreements, construction and design agreements, construction process, leasing and on-going property development matters.
