Nancy Josephson and Stephen Day worked with the City of Arlington in crafting this Snohomish County town’s design guidelines ordinance governing new development in the Downtown historic area. These guidelines have helped in the effort to preserve the significant main street character of the town and to help focus new development in the revitalization of this unique district.
